I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and had very comfortable beds, perfect for our 6-month-old baby. The service was top-notch with friendly staff ready to assist, and the location was convenient, allowing easy access to the city center and university. However, the dining experience left something to be desired during the Balmoral Show week, but it was not a deal-breaker. Overall, a great value for the money.
